hex15, of of our storage servers is currently down, after an unsuccessful attempt for a hardware upgrade.

Last week, we made an attempt to upgrade the server, which was not successful, so we brought the server offline a few hours ago to make another attempt. Unfortunately things didn't go well this time either. The server is still offline. Our administrators are working on it and we hope that they will be able to bring it back online soon.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. We will keep you updated on the status of the server.
