In order to transfer a domain name registration to your account with us you will need to contact your current domain name registrar and to ask them to set status "Unlocked" for your domain name and to provide you with the EPP/Authorization key for your domain name. Once this procedure is done you will have to access your account with us and via the Register/Transfer section you will be able to initiate the domain name transfer.
In case you have any other questions or request, I would advise you to open a trouble ticket from your account control panel using Help > Open Support Ticket menu on the top right corner in control panel.
