Hi guys,

So I'm on the free account type and I've installed wordpress. I try to edit the parameters like adding CSS code or changing the pages in wordpress but for some reason sometimes it just doesn't update. I've seen that when I wake up in the mornings and make some changes they are quite snappy and I can see the changes made straightaway but after a while it just gets stuck and it doesn't update.

Last night I posted in the wordpress forums about an issue where I had some colors I wanted changing and even if I had changed them in the CSS nothing happened, I thought maybe there was some kind of cached version or something, then I went to sleep. I woke up this morning and everything was fine. No changes done between going to sleep and this morning I can only assume that there is a bandwidth cap or something on the number of changes I can do daily to the wordpress? Or something else is afoot.

This is not a one time thing, this morning the same thing happened, I continued editing the website, adding some pages, etc and after 30 min or so of working it just stopped updating, I'm waiting to see if when I come back from work or maybe tomorrow morning the changes have taken effect.

Any ideas?

Hello fruki,

Our free hosting plan has certain limitations and it is quite possible that you are exceeding some of the resources, such as the mySQL quota.

The possible solutions to such problem are explained in the following article > https://codex.wordpress.org/I_Make_Chan ... our_Source

However, if none of the mentioned solutions in the article work for you, and in order for us to better troubleshoot any existing problem with your WordPress applciation - we suggest that you open a support ticket from your hosting account. This can be done from the top right corner of the panel Help > Open A Support Ticket.

We are looking forward to hear your problem and hopefully find a solution to it as soon as possible.
