I've tried changing the script with no luck

In this case I would suggest that you open a ticket from your control panel, so that we can inspect the script files and reproduce the issue, which would show us what exactly could be causing the issue and resolve it.

I have just checked the ticket in question and as my co-worker has mentioned the "Outgoing Connections" are disabled and because of that you are not able to connect to 3rd party servers (this include mail-services) since you are trying to use a different mail service because the Free plan on which you are on does not have the SMTP function enabled.

** Also the quote that you have posted is correct, we don't provide debugging for custom scripts unfortunately, which means that you will have to contact either the vendor of the script or your developer for further assistance.

It was working 100% fine until it changed a few days ago, thankfully its resolved :lol:
