 Post subject: Can't send mail using Gmail SMTP

Hi there, i have read that you have disabled SMTP for free accounts in order to reduce spam chances, but i am using google smtp server with my socialengine script and sendmail is not working, any help :(

It's not possible to use the local sendmail function and external mail server simultaneously. Therefore your script isn't working properly. You need to have the SMTP service activated. >Your domain must use our mail server as well. Then you'll be able to send notification emails to your users.
