She can access her e-mail account via the Webmail tool. This is its URL:

https://cp.freehostia.com/webmail/html/login.php

Also she can use some E-mail client like Outlook express or Mozilla Thunderbird in order to reach the e-mail account.

create a sub domain

mail.simons-photography.com

and use this

index.php

Code:
<?php
header('location:https://cp.freehostia.com/webmail/html/login.php');
?>

Then tell your girlfriend the mail.simons-photography.com easier to remember.

I think that you will need to follow the Josh's advice. It's very good solution of this issue.

so do I just put that code in a file called index.php ?
the problem with a sub domain is that it does not work with www and that can get confusing I'd only really use a sub domain if I wanted to physically seperate different files like my forum
