 Post subject: My Email Is Not Working Please Help

HI,

I create 2 email accounts & none of them are working & i open a ticket also. Now it takes near a week but no one resolve my issue. Please resolve my problem soon.

Hey!
Nice site.

I'm not sure if you're using a free plan or the paid plan?
Just to make sure; the free plan can only receive emails but not send.

In this case, you can get someone else to host your email by changing the MX (Mail eXchange) record on your domain. For example, if you sign up with Google's new service, they will host your email.
Do a search on Google for "google hosted".

Thanks for the information. I am in the free plan. If its ok if i got only recieve email. but issue is i cant log on to the account to view the emails.

I already changed the MX & drive email to the Other server.

As I see your ticket is with pending status. I am afraid that you will have to wait until our administrators investigate this issue and find a solution.
