I changed MX Records to google apps:

ASPMX.L.GOOGLE.COM
ALT1.ASPMX.L.GOOGLE.COM

Now, I can send and recieve mails by login to google mail.

My problem:

I have a form on my website that emails my account, but it's not working. What's wrong?

With freehostia, you will have to use a external mailer to do this such as emailmeform.com (Free) but have the form on your website. Check out how mine is setup http://www.snowneo.com/contact.php

I myself currently use google as well. here is the code that I have for my form:
Code:
<form method="post" action="http://www.emailmeform.com/fid.php?formid=53810" enctype="multipart/form-data">
<INPUT TYPE=hidden NAME=FCode VALUE="9thrruf9">

<table cellpadding="2" cellspacing="0" border="0" bgcolor="#FFFFFF">
<tr>

<td>
<font face="Verdana" size="2" color="#000000"></font>
<div style="" id="mainmsg"> </div>

</td>
</tr>
</table>

<br>

<table cellpadding="2" cellspacing="0" border="0" bgcolor="#CC66FF">

<tr valign="top">
<td nowrap><font face="Verdana" size="2" color="#000000"><B>Name:</B><BR>Or neopets username</font></td><BR>

<td><BR>
<input type="text" name="FieldData0" value="" maxlength="100" size="30"></td>
</tr>

<tr valign="top">
<td nowrap><font face="Verdana" size="2" color="#000000"><B>Email Address</B><BR> If you wish to be replied to</font></td>
<td><BR>
<input type="text" name="FieldData1" value="" maxlength="100" size="30"></td>
</tr>

<tr valign="top">
<td nowrap><font face="Verdana" size="2" color="#000000"><BR><BR><B>Reason For Contact</B></font></td>

<td><BR><BR>
<select name="FieldData2"><option value="Comment/Suggestion">Comment/Suggestion</option><option value="Regarding Affiliate(s)">Regarding Affiliate(s)</option><option value="Report Site Error(s)">Report Site Error(s)</option><option value="Report Theft of our Content">Report Theft of our Content</option><option value="Useful Offsite Links">Useful Offsite Links</option><option value="Other">Other</option></select><div style="position:absolute; top:343px; right:1582px;"></div></td>
</tr>

<tr valign="top">
<td nowrap><font face="Verdana" size="2" color="#000000"><BR><B>Contact Message:</B></font></td>

<td>
<textarea name="FieldData3" cols="30" rows="10"></textarea><br></td>
</tr>

<tr>
<td colspan="2">
</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td> </td>
<td align="middle">
<input type="text" name="hida2" value="" maxlength="100" size="3" style="display : none;">

<input type="submit" class="btn" value="Submit" name="Submit">    <input type="reset" class="btn" value="  Clear  " name="Clear"></td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td colspan=2 align="center">

</tr>
</table>

</form>

Well, Due to that
if i want to make a forum on my site, my users won't receive mails when they register for new accounts and if one of them forgot his password he won't be able to receive mail with his password.

If you use a forum script, it has it's own email system and will e-mail your members the registration information and they will receive their password by e-mail as well.

Currently I use Phpbb 3.x

The fact is that the free web hosting plan does not allow you to send emails (script generated mail either), so in order for your forum to be able to send emails, you will need to upgrade to one of the paid hosting plans.
