Post subject:  Email Not Working During Maintenance

Hi, I use my email provider by yourselves through MS Outlook, this is all working correctly. A number of my clients are trying to email whilst you carry out this maintenance work and they continually receive bounce backs.

You have assured me as with all customers that emails wont be affected at this time, but mine are! Please can you help me as my business is now suffering.

My email address registered with your servers is james@aitkenphotography.com

Unfortunately we are not able to give any deadlines when the problem will be resolved. Please open a trouble ticket from your account with us and provide us so we will be able to investigate this issue for you. You will be able to do this via the Open New Ticket menu of your account control panel Help Center section.

I followed all the steps listed on the other posts. I have requested the email be sent again....I have not received an activation email.

Please provide us with the e-mail address which you have used for your hosting account registration to support@freehostyia.com. Then we will be able to resend the Welcome e-mail with your login details to you.
