|Post subject:||Registered Domain with Free Hosting|
I signed up for a free account and set up a wordpress blog. I liked the way it all worked, so I decided to get a registered domain name through godaddy.
When purchasing the domain, I set the nameservers to dns1.freehostia.com & dns2.freehostia.com.
I added my new registered domain to the "hosted domains" in the Cpanel.
Now I am getting a "403 forbidden" page when I try to access my website. I can't get to it with my new registered domain or my old sub-domain.
I looked with my ftp program and I have my wordpress inside of /www/mysite.com/
But I still get the 403 Forbidden.
I really am worried because I can't afford to lose any of the wordpress articles. If I have to upload wordpress again, I will lose the articles I have already written. I wrote them through the wordpress control panel online.
Please help me

Please, make sure that the domain name directory is existing in your account files structure. You may check this using the File Manager menu of your account Control Panel. If the folder in question is missing in the /www/ directory please create it manually. This should solve the problem permanently.
If the problem still persists please open a trouble ticket from your account Control Panel.

I just wanted to let anyone reading this know that Viktor set me straight.
I can't believe how fast, courteous and awesome the support is here!
Never have I had such great service from even a paid host.
Next time I need paid hosting, I'll get it through freehostia.
(I just need to bookmark a different login page, if there is one, because I don't like my kids looking over my shoulder and seeing that devil character pointing at them!)
Thanks support - your'e incredible!
