Please open a trouble ticket regarding this issue. Then we will be able to assist you. This can be done via the "Help Center" menu of your Control Panel.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Hello,

Simply log in to your Control Panel with us and go to the MySQL section and if you do not have a database present you simply create one. The Username that can be used to install the WordPress in the database is the same as the database name and the password is the one set up for this database (which can again be changed from the MySQL section).

Best Regards,
