Hey Y'all,

I was just setting up Joomla on my site, and got as far as registering it to a database. Here are the settings I've set it to:

Database type: mysql (between that and mysqli)
Hostname: mysql2.freehostia.com (Found that on my server status page)
Username: I've tried both root/coudem because, when setting up my database, it didn't ask for a username, but it did for a password, so I think this may be where my problem is.
Password: The password I set while making my database
Database: coudem_joomla (The name I gave the database)

When I use these settings, it says "Unable to connect to mysql database"

Ideas?

Nvm, I figured it out, you have to set username to the database name, in my case, coudem_joomla

Yes, the database name and user name are the same here.
