what are you trying to accomplish ? offer restricted services to registered users ? or perhaps do you want a forum ? you can install a forum from your control panel under elephant marketing tools it is very simple

Correct me if I am wrong (I would also like to know what he is requesting, simply so I can learn the solution), but he seems to be asking how to set up a site with the ability to add "affiliate" links, meaning links exchanged with other sites.

My question is, is this the only purpose of your site, or merely a way to increase traffic to your site? If the "affiliate" links is the sole purpose of your site, then a simple content management software might be your best bet, instead of a forum. There are also some nice Content Management softwares to be easily installed via the "elephante scripts".
