I've noticed a few peculiar things about Safari browser and wanted to know if anyone could verify this after testing.

1. Safari ignores margins for images. I have image links in my links bar in an unordered inline list. Pretty much the standard way of doing it. I seperated one link from the others by using margin-left: 50%; This seemed to work for other browsers but didn't for Safari. Using positions cured the problem.

2. Safari ignores positions for text. I was using positions for some of my text so Safari ignored that. Choosing margins instead worked.

So can anyone verify if this really is the case?

One more thing, when I view posts in Safari browser, the forum tends to align to the left instead of taking the center.

I've heard of lots of errors for Safari users as well. Thanks to Apple Co. webmasters have lots of work to do to assure their sites work with the Apple browser.

Yea, that's so annoying really. It does load websites faster. But they should program it to respond to the ways CSS is supposed to.
