|
|
Hi again all.
How does the email system work, if I register my domain with GoDaddy?
For example, some of the issues I'm thinking about are:
- Would I still be able to create 3 emails, as GoDaddy can only create 1?
- Unlike Freehostia GoDaddy allows POP3 but not Imap - would I still be able to use IMAP?
- Would email addresses I create with GoDaddy, have to be forwarded to accounts here?
I hope this all make sense!
Thanks for your help |

You will be able to create up to 3 email accounts if you host your domain under your account with us. We offer IMAP and POP3 access. The MX record of your domain will be changed when you update the Name servers and point your domain here. The email account need to be created again under your account with us. These ones that you've created under the GoDaddy account will stop working, because the mail server will be different. _________________ Andy
