Hi,

I want to migrate my email services to google. Does anyone know if it's possible, or how to go about it?

PS I have contacted google and they say the problem lies at this end - I need to ensure IMAP settings are activated. Can anyone advise how to do this? The interface I have with roundcube doesn't allow this

Hello,

Could you please open a trouble ticket from your account with us and provide us with more detailed information regarding the exact trouble that you experience so we will be able to review this case for you and assist you further. You will be able to do this via the Open Support Ticket menu of your account control panel Help section at the top right corner in Hosting Control Panel.

Hello,

If you are still experiencing any issues regarding email migration, please open a Support ticket from the control panel of your hosting account and we will be able to assist you further. If you are looking to migrate your email content to another provider we might be able to provide a downloadable backup of the mail contents of your hosting account.
