I signed up for a free hosting account (pre-chocolate days), and Installed phpbb on it. I was toled that I was unable to send emails via PHP (even using an external SMTP server). I was wondering if this had changed and, if not, would upgrading to watercircle enable this functionality?

| The sendmail() and SMTP functions are only disabled on free accounts. Switching to a paid plan would enable these. |
