Hi. I've had the Chocolate plan for a few years now and have been generally happy with it, though I have had my share of problems. It seems a bit slow, sometimes while browsing my site I get 500 Server Errors, and when I refresh my site is back up. And sometimes I have some FTP problems. But in general, for a free host, it has been great. I was wondering if the paid servers (i.e. Watercircle) were more reliable?

Also, with Watercircle, what is the MySQL database size, and is there a filesize limit for the server? With Chocolate, its 500kb.

Thanks

Hello,

Yes, upgrading to a paid hosting plan would remove the 500KB file size limit, which the Free plan has, so you will be able to upload larger files and you will also benefit from the fact that we move paid hosting accounts to a separate server, which has proved to be far more stable.

If you have any further questions or problems, please do not hesitate to contact us!
