 Post subject: didn't receive an email for signing up!

Hello freehostia support team,

I signed up for a free account, and then I clicked submit, it directed to a member signin page. I couldn't sign in because I didn't receive an email with my username and password. So I signed up again, but it told me that the domain name I signed up already existed!! I want to know can I get my account successfully signed up? Many thanks.

The domain name I signed up is prole.cn

many thanks for sending me the email!! I tried to register to the forum but it wouldn't let me. I tried many times before I gave up and decided not to host it here. Now I got the email and I'm going to change the dns to freehostia.com!!!

Well, you should then follow the instructions that we have provided "dunno" with.... send an email to support.

I sent an email to the {email: "support at freehostia dot com} address but wasn't sure if you would get it, since others say they were having delivery problems...

I think my username should be "brenid" though...
