:D Nice questions!

1. If you upgrade your hosting plan to a paid one all the restrictions will be removed immediately and your account statistics will be updated to the new plan you use.
2. Unfortunately you will be only able to host .org.jm domain name. We do not offer such domain name registrations.
3. You may extract online compressed files. You may check our forum topics for the solution ;)
4. Yes, we suspend accounts for illegal and copyrighted materials uploaded to the users accounts.
5. Bonuses... This depends on you

Thanks again, now a few more questions

6. Any other domain names available?the thing is the domains .net .com .org was a choice i wanted especially .org but all 3 usernames already in use and i dnt realy like .us or .info
that remains.
7. Files, how long a account is suspended for?and can u give me a brief example of files that are not allowed. what if i download or buy a music cd then compress those songs i wanted then make them into well compress mp3s or even cut them into small amr files and add them i.e( i mostly deal with wap,) just a few web pages and other stuff like java games (out dated not for sale) or some mobile roms (s60 phones) that i got from sites with disclaimer (they are free but not to be sold )but i host them for free not for sale?

6. I'm afraid that you can't host here copyrighted files. If your files are copyrighted you can't host them here.

Thanks.

8.What if i make my own stuff and copyright it am i allow to upload it? or would you suspend my account :D

If you make it yourself, you can give yourself permission to use it and as its not breaking the law it would be fine for you to upload that stuff.

Along as you make it, or get permission from the copyright owners then it should be find to upload.

so it can be downloaded from your site? Hmm tough one, there is usually something in the company's TOS against it, so wouldn't it make more sense to just put a link to there site? Not only would it save space, but bandwidth as well.

Edit: a quick look on there site and i found this

Oh, just using it that would be ok, although i think that you would have to make sure no links to illegal sites where posted, as according to USA Laws (i think the servers are in america) servers are not allowed to link oe host illegal content.

But uploading it to use is ok.

Cool i think this is the last question .10 how can i know when an mp3 music file is copyright?i know about other files but totally lost with music files such as mp3s,i only see Artist and Track name.

If you didn't make it, and you haven't had permission from the maker then you cant use it. There are some sites that allow copyright free downloads, but they are just little clips that are not usually very good. If you where to get a track off a CD then it would be copyrighted.

Everything is copyrighted when made, say you make a HTML page its automatically copyrighted but if you want to sue anyone that has copied it you must prove you have made it.

It depends: for Value package the CPU limit is 2.5%. For higher packages it is 3%:
