Hi, here in the forums, I've read from staff members that our files are on different servers depending on our plan (free or not free) (and servers for paid plans would be more reliable). But, I've been told from a support technician through a support ticket that the servers are the same. Could you please clarify this point for me ? thanks |

ok, thanks for your answer. so if I upgrade to a non-free plan, my files will be transfered to another server ? |

Hello, Yes, the whole account will be automatically migrated to a different node for paid clients. All the paid hosting account features will become available in about one hour after the upgrade of the hosting account. Regards, Jimmy |
