Hepsia control panel show and describe a cron option?

And, since cron is unavailable, does FreeHostia have any way to
automatically, on a scheduled repetitive basis, upload external data to

The Hepsia control panel is a general control panel in our system which is operational for bigger and more powerful hosting packages such as Semi-dedicated, VPS and Dedicated Servers, where this service is available. The video you refer to is also a general information over the capabilities of the control panel.
If you need Cron Jobs for your website you should consider purchasing a Semi-Dedicated or VPS account, where to setup your website thus you can create a cron job:

I am afraid that while using shared hosting services scheduled processes such as Cron Jobs can not be run at all.
