Can you please put a time stamp to your updates? "UPDATE: ... will not be available x hours" doesn't mean anything without a time stamp.

Also can you please update us every few hours about the progress? Writing a few sentence shouldn't be that hard.

This service migration is quite painful. I hope everything will be OK soon.

Hello,

Process is quite complicated and it is still in progress. In general updates will be posted once new details are available as well as the process is completed. Unfortunately we do not have new details for the moment.
Thank you for your time and understanding regarding this matter.

Hi Miles, it has been some days since your last post. The update popped up in the CP has only hours but no dates in it. This showed little information about your migration progress to your customers.

I think the frustration of the customers is only partly caused by the malfunction of the server, but mostly caused by lacking of information update of the migration progress. It is neither warned in advance, nor being updated during the cause. I hope you could communicate more with your customers.

Hello,

We are doing our best to post as much as new information is available for our customers via the forum websites and customers control panel.
Trouble ticket is now operational back again so customers can file a trouble ticket from their control panels using Help > Open Support Ticket menu, if a trouble is noticed, thus most accurate assistance will be provided.
Thank you for understanding regarding this matter.
