The forum link doesn't work, you may want to fix this by removing the index.php?sid=8daf6b6a35d0fa4123aaeb5b5a289b10 in the <a href> tag.
for example I was able to access the forum by just going to
http://thepc-techhelper.freehostia.com/forum/
you also want to avoid making the scripting language (in this case php) known to the general public, for security reasons.. which is why you should remove the "index.php" from the href tag.
Your color scheme is also a little harsh on the eyes. You may want to darken it up a little, colors are ok just the brightness will make your visitors press the back button before giving a second thought.
