I thought IPB 1.3 was free completely, I think it was the last free version or something like that. I know a ton of sites like invisionfree and forumer have IPB 1.3, but a lot more have phpBB because it's more up to date and hopefully 3.0 final is coming out soon

Not bad, but the Vista rip and the phpBB skin killed it. I put a 'average', partly because of the modification with the CMS main page to include the Server Status.

Thanks for all the comments and critiques. I have made a huge update this week. I redesigned and updated the entire website, and upgraded the forum software to phpBB3.
