I have opened an helpdesk Ticket #621 and a technical staff by the name of "peter" is assisting me.

However, I am concern his technical knowledge is not helping me at all since the solution given by him still persist until now. Pardon me if I sound harsh now.

I have reviewed the ticket and I was the one who added the last comment. There is a problem on our end. It seems that our system sets wrong A records for your subdomains. I tried fixing this myself but I am afraid that I won't be able to do this, so we will have to wait for the admins to take care of this. We will add a comment to the ticket to let you know once this issue has been resolved.
