im trying to start up a website, but im having trouble, when i make a new one it has like a red X where the check mark should be (according to the video) and it says something like "incorrect NS settings" i waited 24 hours for global changes like the video advises, but still no dice, could you guys help me? by the way, im not wanting to pay for anything so i chose the chocolate hosting thing |

Hello, Please open a trouble ticket regarding this issue via Control Panel Open New Ticket menu which is situated under the Help Center section. Then we will be able to assist you further. |
