530 Login Incorect

using filezilla, i was able to establish connection with filehostia.com, but then it gives me the following error:
Command: USER ryamcc
Response: 331 Password required for ryamcc
Command: PASS
Response: 530 Login incorrect.

i am completely sure that my password matches that of the username. please help?

Hello,

The username listed: ryamcc exists in our system and FTP service for that account is properly operational. Connection to FTP includes also FTP Host: ftp.freehostia.com and a password. Since you are sure for the password, it is most likely an incorrect FTP host or some blank space left before or after the details. Please check this again from your end. If the troubles still persist open a trouble ticket from your hosting account contorl panel with us.

In my case I forgot the "ftp." part.
