CPU usage / processes

In the control panel, the statistics -> load stats page, it give figures for CPU usage as a percentage, and also number of processes.

Not that I am using a lot but I am just curious to know what is the allowed amount?

The allowed maximum is 10% for not more than 10 seconds or 1.3% on na avarage of 24 hours.

I cannot check CPU stats.
Under live stats i have 3 options: server info, traffic stats, bandwidth stats!
None showing cpu usage.
