I recently opened a free account here, and when I put all the necessary info on Filezilla and press connect, appears the following:

Status: Waiting to retry...
Status: Resolving address of myweb.co.cc
Status: Connecting to 114.207.244.142:21...
Status: Connection established, waiting for welcome message...
Response: 421 Service not available.
Error: Could not connect to server
