Hello,
If the issue happened with a domain that is hosted on our services and you are having email issues with our mail server then you can open a trouble ticket from your account and we will assist you as best as possible.

If not we I would advise you to contact your mail service provider about this as each provider can have different solutions to such issues.

Best Regards,

If there was a simple setting you could change to prevent your outgoing messages from landing in recipients' spam folders, every spammer would use that setting, and spam filters would be meaningless.

If you're not getting bounces back from the recipient mail system(s) where your messages are being treated as spam, it's probably safe to assume that your DMARC/SPF/etc. are set up correctly. If a recipient can forward you a copy of the message that was marked as spam including the full headers, you might be able to identify some of the message attributes that contributed to it being flagged, but beyond that there's little you can do without a bounce message notifying you of a specific problem you can fix.

I want to make sure I follow here:

Any email you send out, with an attachment or link ends up in the recipient's junk mail. Is that correct?

If yes, what if you just send an email with no link or attachment does that still end up in junk?

This is off your custom domain which is a Google Workspace email account?

Hello,

"Any email you send out, with an attachment or link ends up in the recipient's junk mail. Is that correct?"

That's not necessarily true, however having links in your message is one of the most common reasons why the message ends up in Spam when the recipient has some kind of Spam protection (even if it's set to low detection mode).

If the recipient doesn't have any kind of Spam protection activated all of the emails end up in the Inbox of the mailbox despite their content. Exceptions are recipients on mail servers with additional spam protections that cannot be controlled by the users.
