create a sub domain

mail.simons-photography.com

and use this

index.php

Code:
<?php
header('location:https://cp.freehostia.com/webmail/html/login.php');
?>

Then tell your girlfriend the mail.simons-photography.com easier to remember.

so do I just put that code in a file called index.php ?
the problem with a sub domain is that it does not work with www and that can get confusing I'd only really use a sub domain if I wanted to physically seperate different files like my forum

yeah just put that code into a file called index.php and it will work.

Well the folder idea is the same technique, create the folder add the index.php file :)
