Hi, All email is inaccessible for my hosted domain names from ~10:30 GMT. A colleague of mine who also has hosted domains with you in experiencing the same issue. Additionally, the control panel is incredibly slow and unresponsive. Please could you confirm you are currently experiencing downtime, and when you expect to restore normal service. May I suggest that in the future you do the following: Notify customers via their registered email addresses. You should not be expecting users to log in to find out about downtime. The expectation is on the provider to contact the customer. If you are going to do maintenance that lasts EIGHT HOURS, don't notify customers it is likely to take 90 minutes. I have missed emails that your systems dropped and has caused me lost business. Frankly, the entire way this was handled has been appalling. |
