Hi Before yesterday, I created a free account with a domain to create a website. I can not still access my website. Why? I noticed that, from my control panel https://cp.freehostia.com/domains/hosted/, the "Edit DNS settings" icon is still red and I can not change the DNS. Why? Thanks Bye |

May I ask you to specify which is the domain that you have hosted in your account ? |

Thank you for the clarification. I have checked and noticed that balubeto.it is not yet registered which is the cause of the experienced issue. Note that you will need to first register such balubeto.it domain name and set its name servers to: dns1.freehostia.com dns2.freehostia.com In order to properly host it with us. You can register a domain name in My Domains -> Registered Domains menu of your hosting account control panel. Let us know if there is anything else we can be of assistance with. |

The service which we provide for free is a hosting account, which when you have already registered a domain name you can host it with us and make it visible by the internet. Unfortunately we do not provide free registrations for domain names and in order to use our free hosting plan you should have a registered domain name. I hope this helps!
