My website is hosted on AWS and due to nonpayment of AWS, the website was not working for almost two months. I made the payment recently and now my website is showing a '500' error and also stating- Whoops, something went wrong on our servers. I am not able to login in to my MySQL database on PHPmyadmin. it says as below: mysqli_real_connect(): php_network_getaddresses: getaddrinfo failed: Name or service not known mysqli_real_connect(): (HY000/2002): php_network_getaddresses: getaddrinfo failed: Name or service not known This is Prod login and i don't have root user details. is there a way to put my website back online? |
