Well, got a free hosting set up. Pointed (GoDaddy) Domain registration to Hostia, was able to change MXbox to my Google domain mail. It seems to all be working. I am a web site dummy...so your help is much appreciated.
My question's:
What do I do next?
Do I need to move my site? Does that apply?
The paid hosting (Not GoDaddy) is about to run out.
How do I back it up? Or do I need to back it up?
I really do not know since I had someone build my design (a year ago), because do not know web site construction.....but learning.

In order to successfully move your websites you have to obtain its content and databases from your old hosting account. You could contact the support team of GoDaddy in order to gather more information how to easily backup the content and once you got it, you will have to upload it here. You could upload the website files by using FTP access and import the database through the phpMyAdmin platform. You will find more information how to do this in our very rich knowledge base available in the hosting control panel.

Best Regards,
Jimmy
