no

<tr cellspacing="0">

in HTML if you want something to work within an area you must put it in the same < > or it will be translated as just text.

Remove '&nbsp;' just after your body tag to fix the top and to fix the bottom part remove '<p><font color="#999999">x</font></p>' near the end and add bottommargin="0" to you body tag

Thanks BradM
now all I have to do is add 'Web Site by Albert Sellaman' under the Anti-War web ring and in the centre bottom but 'Microsoft Front Page' won't allow me to add anything below the Anti-War web ring.
How can I fix that?

Use Windows Notepad... open up the page and under the anti-war web ring bit... put in :

Code:
<br />Web Site by Albert Sellaman
