Howdy guys, I created a website that has free computing tutorials (written by myself). There is only one complete tutorial so far, but I'm working hard to get more done. Here is the website:

http://cyb3rglitch.freehostia.com/

Critique it, tell me what you think about the design etc. Keep in mind that I only know how to use HTML, hence the lack of CSS and other goodies. :P

Alot of things are very hard to read, such as the PDF button, and the other 2 after that.

Also some of your pictures are not showing up.

Personaly i think its too dark :)

Edit:

Just noticed something else on the over clocking page

Quote:
Dangers of Overclocking

Overclocking is safe.

It is not totaly safe, you can lower the life span of the CPU or destroy it totaly. More clocks its doing hotter it gets, after a certian point it will just fry. I personaly have destroyed a processor by over clocking it, i also have a scar from burning myself on the chip even after leaving it to cool for an hour.

Thanks for the feedback. :)

The images are showing up for me and my friends, so that's strange...

About the hard to see buttons, this is usually caused by lack of transparency support in the web browser (looks whitish). Try IE7 or Firefox.

The overclocking tutorial is still being written, I'm in the process of expanding the sections with more info. I'll add more to the 'Dangers of Overclocking' when I get time.

Cheers.

Ahha thats better now im home. Using IE 6 where i work cause i wont change it for everyone (lazzy bugger me)

When you get to know CSS i would recommend using 2 different style sheets, one for people with older browsers and one for people with newer.

Yeah, I should learn CSS. I´m busy with school ATM, so it´s hard to find time. I´ll probably buy a domain later on once I get more tutorials done.

Thanks for taking a look. :)

Yeah I'm going to get one soon. I'm only 17 so I can't use Paypal yet. :P

It's been a while, and I just re-done my whole website:

http://www.cyb3rglitch.com/

It's no longer on Freehostia (due to downtime), you can remove this thread if that's not OK.

Cheers.
