I activated a joomis website and decided to change it to a wordpress site. I deleted the original but when I try to activate a wordpress I get this error: There was a problem adding a new MySQL Database to your account. Please try again or contact the support team.

Please open a trouble ticket regarding this matter via Control Panel Open New Ticket menu which is situated under the Help section. Then we will be able to assist you further.
