The issue is, because mod_security filters the request as it finds it as a malicious one I am afraid that the chocolate hosting account can not turn off the mod_security module, if there is an issue we can exclude the rule that is causing the problem with an htaccess file if you provide us with the steps to replicate the problem.
An alternative is to upgrade to one of our paid hosting plans which will also give you access to the mod_security menu where you can turn it to detect only mode or turn it off completely, it will also give you access to our SMTP, so you can send emails, other features are the ability to whitelist outgoing connections and use files bigger than 500KBs.
I am afraid that there is no way to see all of the mod_security rule triggers.
