I installed some of the Elephante scripts including chat, forum and others. After that I accessed the same database through the Cpanel. I wanted to create account for other users directly so they can log in using the informations that I set up. After that I tried to access the chat and the site wouldnt recognize any of the username and passwords that were set. I keep geting the wrong username or password message. Please please.

Thanks

Hello,

You should use the name of the database as the username and the password should be the password of the database.

If you have any further questions on the matter, I would advise that you open a ticket regarding the matter from the control panel of your hosting account so that the Technical Support Department can take a look.

Best Regards,
Jace Cohen
